What is the Return Policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return most items from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can only accept returns on fresh items due to quality issues. They need to be returned within 24 hours.
What are your Store Hours?
8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday
8 AM to 7 PM on Saturday and Sunday
Are you a co-op?
Yes. We are still a co-op, and our legal name is Buffalo Mountain Cooperative. We do business as Buffalo Mountain Market.
Do I have to be a member to shop there?
No. Everyone is welcome.

How do I become a member?
You can simply sign up at a register as you check out. The cashier will ask some basic questions about your contact information. Annual equity payments are $12 for an individual and $24 for a household.
How do I place special orders?
The customer service desk can take your special order. Leaving your name, contact information, and the date you ordered the item is essential to getting your order placed.
How long does it take for special orders to arrive?
There is no set time for special orders to arrive. We will contact you when they are in. Most special orders take about a week, but some can take longer based on how frequently we receive deliveries.
