Greetings fellow cooperators!
It’s that time of year! Come gather with your community at the Buffalo Mountain Co-op Annual Meeting on Sunday, April 26 at the Hardwick American Legion. Doors open at 4:00 p.m. with music from Ray Lewis and Friends. The meeting begins at 4:30 p.m. Dinner will be served, and all are welcome.
The Annual Meeting is one of the best chances all year to connect with co-op neighbors, hear how the co-op is doing, and be part of what comes next.
This year we have five board seats up for election with three board members running for re-election. The Board of Directors provides long-term vision, direction, and fiscal oversight for the co-op, helping ensure the store stays true to its mission while remaining financially strong. Member-owners can begin casting votes for board members at the meeting and the election continues for two weeks with voting in-store.

Love your co-op? Being on the board provides an opportunity as a member-owner to get involved and help with the long-term management and direction of the business. Running for a board position is one of the benefits of being a member-owner of the co-op.
Thinking about running for the board? Fill out the form here (https://forms.gle/ZRkRuL7ULSaqHxit6) or reach out to bo***@**fc.coop before Friday, April 24th for more information. Two-year terms begin in May.

Please note that the store will be closing at 4 p.m. on Sunday to allow staff members to attend the meeting. We apologize for the inconvenience and will re-open on Monday at 8 a.m. as usual.
