Hello everyone, and welcome to another update. We’re already halfway through October, the leaves have mostly dropped, the weather is starting to turn, and we’re tracking the progress of co-op month here, among other things.
Come by the store to see all the brands we carry that come from co-ops, including some you might be surprised by. While you’re here, check out our Halloween items and see our produce department for a selection of Jack-o-Lantern pumpkins arriving soon! We’ve also got job openings, a contest from our co-op friends at NFCA, and more.
Board meeting
Our next board meeting is on October 27th at 7 p.m. The board will be meeting at the Center for An Agricultural Economy (CAE) building in Hardwick. The meeting is also available via Zoom and you can email ou******@**fc.coop for a link. All are welcome to attend!
Co-op Month Farm Stay
To celebrate co-op month, the Neighboring Food Co-op Association (NFCA) — along with Cabot Creamery, Real Pickles, and FEDCO Seeds — are sponsoring a farm stay giveaway. For anyone who joins a co-op this month, they are automatically entered into the drawing. Details are available at their website https://nfca.coop/giveaway25.

Store Sales
We have a lot going on in the store with a complete reset of our dairy section to make room for some new products, an ongoing update to our home goods and gifts sections, and lots more. We’ve got a whole set of diapers and wipes from Honest, new yogurts from Sweet Cow in Newbury, all the Yalla flavors, household cleaning refills, and more.
As always, our monthly member sales are marked throughout the store, and the Deals by the Case sale is still going on.
